Homemade ice-tea

Henry is brewing his own ice-tea. We don't have a samovar. He has his own machine, although he uses tea bags, sets up his machine, ads sweetener and water, no oranges, or lemons, just plain tea. Machine brews for hours- - like espresso. At the end of process he brews from three to five gallons of his own diet ice-tea, which lasts him for weeks.
